The website says "3 in stock", but how many do you actually have in stock?
The number of stocks listed on the website and the actual number of stocks are linked in real time by the inventory management system. For this reason, the inventory numbers of both sides are always the same, and there is no discrepancy.
Do you have product name: 〇〇〇, model number: □□□-△△△ in stock?
All inventory is posted on our website. If you search for the product name or model number in the search window at the top of the page and get the message "There was no corresponding product.", we do not have it in stock. In addition, if you register the product model number in the " Alert function " on your My page, you will be notified by email when the corresponding product is added to the website. Please use all means.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture. All items are shipped the same day or the next business day. If you are in a hurry, it is possible to deliver on the same day by charter flight. For details, please see " Charter flight (same day delivery) ".
Can I pay later?
Deferred payment (credit/invoice payment) is possible through the "NP payment service" provided by Net Protections Co., Ltd. Available to corporate and individual business owners.

Can you issue a qualified invoice that is compatible with the invoice system?
Our company uses invoices as invoices. The issuing method differs depending on the payment method as shown below.
