Product Condition

I confirmed that it works properly. We are checking the following.
・The Motors should rotate (forward/reverse) according to the frequency set on the Touch Displays .
- Motors(forward rotation/reverse rotation/frequency) can be selected using an external signal.
・Connect a switch to the control input (X1-X5/FWD/REV) and recognize the signal.
・The frequency (rotation speed) can be changed using the volume while the Motors is running.
・Connect a lamp to the open collector output and contact output, and turn it on by the ON signal.
- Signals must be output from the analog monitor (FMA) and frequency monitor (FMP).

Manufacture year: 2006 Cumulative operating time: 65000h or more

An abnormality was found in the fan Motors, so we are replacing it. The replaced fan Motors is RS Pro 668-8836. (Same size, same voltage) The fan Motors originally installed is Nidec's TA225DC M34391, and the maximum air volume is 0.56m3/min. The fan Motors installed this time is 0.65m3/min, which means the air volume is slightly larger.

The capacitance of the main circuit capacitor has decreased to 91.9-92.8%, but the life expectancy specified by the manufacturer is 85% or less, so there is no problem.

There are noticeable scratches, and oil that seems to be from thermal conductive grease is seeping around the terminal block. Although the cumulative operating time is relatively long, there is no unevenness in rotation from low speed range to high speed range, and the Inverters functions normally.
