Product Condition

I have confirmed that it works properly. We are checking the following:
・Input a 30kHz pulse signal to the pulse input terminal, and count the addition and subtraction accurately without any deviation of one pulse.
・The external output terminals (OUT1 to OUT8) should output normally when the set count matches the current counter value.
- Data can be read and written normally from the CPU to the buffer memory of this product.

There are some small scratches and discoloration here and there, but the condition is relatively good.
