Product Condition

We have confirmed that it works properly. We have checked the following:
・Tool port: Capable of transferring Touch Displays data.
-Communication port: Can be connected to an Omron PLC (CQM1 series) and enables RS-232C communication with the PLC.
-Hard switches: F1-F15, OP input works. -DS3 does not have function numbers printed on it and F1, F8, F15 are blank, but there are switches and they have the same functions as "GP2401H-TC41-24V". Input has been confirmed.
Output ports: DOUT0, DOUT1, OP, BUZZ, EMG0, EMG1, EMG2, ENB0, and ENB1 outputs must be operational.
・CF card slot: Capable of recognizing and formatting cards.
- The touch switch responds normally across the entire surface.
- There are no missing dots.
- There is no abnormality in the visibility of the display.
- Ability to initialize memory.
- The vibration function of the Touch Displays works.

We have not tested the RS-422 port as we do not have the equipment to do so.

A clock setting error message will appear. This message appears when the voltage of the lithium battery for backing up the clock drops. After the power to the unit is turned back on, it will take about 24 hours for the battery to charge to the point where it can back up the clock, and charging will be complete in about 96 hours (4 days). If this does not restore the battery, you will need to replace the lithium battery.

The screen that was displayed when the power was turned on was the default screen, so it is likely unused. The unit itself is in very good condition, with only minor scratches here and there.
